(Summary description)Recently, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission issued a notice requesting that the needs of coal, electricity, and gas for fertilizer production be ensured. The notice proposes that coal enterprises should increase the supply of coal for fertilizer production, strictly honor existing contracts, and actively re-sign fertilizer coal contracts; except for force majeure factors, orderly use of electricity should not be implemented for fertilizer production enterprises, and fertilizer production enterprises should not be regarded as high energy consumption. Enterprises; strive to increase the supply of natural gas to fertilizer production enterprises.
