On August 11, 2024, Li Wei, Deputy Director of the Safety Production Department of the Industry and Information Technology Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, led a team to conduct a trial production safety condition assessment of the capacity expansion and renovation project of the on-site mixed porous granular ammonium oil explosive production system of Turpan Tianbao Mixed Explosive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in the Heishan mining area of Toksun County, in conjunction with relevant leaders from the Turpan Industrial Information Bureau and the Toksun County Commerce and Industrial Information Bureau, and invited five national level experts in the civil explosive industry.

The assessment team listened to the report of the enterprise on the project construction and trial production preparation, inspected the trial production site, and carefully reviewed relevant materials such as project applications and design plans. After discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed that the project has passed the safety condition assessment for trial production.

Li Wei requested that enterprises strengthen the safety management of vehicles and drivers, carefully organize trial production work, and further improve the level of safety management.
